Jun Chen

Jun has been working at Bannermans since October 2024. Jun Chen is both admitted as a Chinese lawyer and a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW, Australia. Jun previously worked as a Chinese lawyer based in Indonesia for 3.5 years, specialising in corporate law, foreign investment and mergers & acquisition. Prior to Bannermans, Jun worked in a law firm at Sydney CBD area and was predominantly focused on property and business law, assisting clients in their sale and purchase of businesses and commercial & retail lease matters. He acts for various well-known entities in leasing matters for a large number of commercial buildings and shopping malls. He speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
