Harri Lloyd

Having joined the Bannermans Strata Litigation team in August 2023, Harri has quickly gained experience in both defending and commencing proceedings before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Since joining Bannermans, Harri has worked on the following:

Strata Litigation

  • Damage to lot and common property, including water damage, water ingress and mould;
  • The unreasonable refusal of proposed by-laws;
  • Proposed appointments of compulsory strata managers;
  • Claims for damages including loss of rent and alternative accommodation; and
  • Unauthorised works to common property.

Harri works closely with senior lawyers, assisting in case strategy, drafting legal documents and representing clients in NCAT hearings. Harri’s hands-on involvement in various aspects of litigation has allowed him to develop a solid understanding of strata law and the unique challenges faced by both owners corporations and lot owners.

With strong analytical skills, Harri is committed to delivering practical, client-focused legal solutions. Harri is dedicated to ensuring that clients’ interests are protected and that matters are resolved efficiently.

Qualifications/Memberships

  • Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (Macquarie University) 2022;
  • Graduate Diploma of Practical Legal Training (The College of Law) 2023;
  • Admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of NSW; and
  • Member of the Law Society of NSW.
